Merge Duplicate ConnectMiles Accounts
If you have more than two ConnectMiles´ accounts in your name, you can merge them to maximize your benefits. You can only merge ConnectMiles accounts. You will not be able to merge your ConnectMiles account with those of other programs.
If you have more than one account, we invite you to follow these steps in order to maximize your benefits:
Write an email to email@example.com with the following information from both accounts*:
Date of Birth
Please specify which account you will keep active and which to close.
Remember that both accounts must have the same complete name, date of birth, and nationality in order for us to accept this request.
* For security reasons the member must send the request from the registered mail on their account.
ConnectMiles also requires you send a scanned version of your government-issued ID which includes your passport, driver’s license, and national ID.
Once ConnectMiles receives the request, it will take up to 14 days to be completed.

Accounts can only be merged if they belong to the same person.
This transaction is non-reversible.
